Create an Empathy Culture
Building Relationships Inspiring Dignity, Grace, Empathy & Self-Love
Healthy Relationships are built, earned, nurtured…they are not a given
Causing you to feel confident about yourself or eager to learn or do something; motivate, encourage, influence, move, energize
The state or quality of being worthy of honor or respect; a sense of pride in oneself; self-respect, self-esteem, inherent worth
A disposition to show kindness or compassion; good will shown in understanding and tolerance of others; gratitude, benevolence, mercy
The the ability to understand and share the feelings, perspective, experiences, or motivations of another; feeling with someone; compassion, understanding
Regard for one’s own well-being and happiness (chiefly considered as a desirable rather than narcissistic characteristic); the belief you hold that you are a valuable and worthy person; accepting and appreciating ourselves as whole people just as we are
When you practice SELF-LOVE and SELF-RESPECT, it is easier to practice EMPATHY (take another’s perspective, come from a place of understanding). Understanding leads to giving others GRACE, forgiveness and space to make mistakes.
Then we can LOVE OTHERS exactly as they are & for who they have the potential to become. Always treat others with DIGNITY. When we do this, see how quickly they transform into the greatest, truest version of themselves…with their DIGNITY (Inherent Worth) intact.
When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and imperfect, and we LOVE others as they are with all their imperfections – then we can experience authentic CONNECTION.
